Randy Greene has enjoyed a successful business career in various industries including real estate development, wholesale distribution, manufacturing and financial services. He has served as the President and CEO of two public and numerous private companies and has personally completed more than seventy merger and acquisition transactions. He has arranged approximately $300 million in debt and equity financing for his own and client companies.
He is currently the Managing Partner of Greene Capital Partners, LLC, an M&A advisory and consulting firm, a Director of Sila Realty Trust ($3+ Billion in assets), and a Director of Carter Multifamily Growth & Income Funds I and II (6000 units).
Randy is an active angel investor and a Partner in Seedfunders, Seedfunders Orlando and Seedfunders Miami. He was also a founding shareholder of Florida Funders. He is the former Chairman of Vistage Florida CEO Groups 2060 and 2095 in the Tampa Bay area, and has been the Executive Coach for more than 70 Tampa Bay CEOs over the past 15 years.
Randy's public service includes appointed positions as the COO of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the COO of the Florida Department of Transportation during 2011-2015.
