Experienced banking including commercial banking, mortgage lending, sales, business development and financial services. Also, cybersecurity advisor.
Bill Shipp is currently V.P. of Development at The Victory Bank in Limerick, PA. He has been in banking and finance for 24 years. He has held such roles as CFO, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Credit Officer, and Commercial Relationship Manager for both largescale and community banks.
In 2017 Mr. Shipp left commercial banking and formed a cybersecurity and compliance company known as Vaxient, where he further enhanced his knowledge surrounding cyber for regulated companies. In 2019 he sold his interest in Vaxient and returned to commercial banking.
Mr. Shipp holds a B.S. in Businesses Administration from Drexel University with concentrations in Finance and Economics. He is also a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
He enjoys playing Golf, spending time with family and fishing. He also participates on the advisory boards of Drexel University and Cabrini University.
